Pakistan had been declared the cheapest country to live in. According to a list issued by global cost of living database for 2023, Numbeo, the cost of living, prices of daily use items, rates at restaurants, and rents in Pakistan are the cheapest in the world. but within coup;e of years the cost of living in Pakistan has surpassaed all of asia but one has to be very specific here as the cost of living for a country is measured in respect with certain parameters , if one keep these parameters in mind than still pakistan cost of living is still lower in asia if not at the bottom.
