TCS has launched a messenger service called TCS Hazir which saves customers from the hassle of going to a TCS Service Center to have their letters and parcels registered for delivery.

Instead customers can place their request via phone, the TCS mobile app or the TCS website and a rider will pick up the parcel within 60 minutes. TCS Hazir is operating in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. TCS charges a small extra fee in addition to the courier charges; this fee is dependent on the weight of the package but the minimum is Rs 100 (generally for single documents). Naiyar Saifi, Director Marketing and Public Affairs, TCS Holdings says: “In this fast-paced world, customers want more convenience that avoids the hassle of going to a courier outlet.” Although the service is for everyone, TCS has identified a niche consumer segment: home-based women entrepreneurs who design and create various products but find it difficult to go out and dispatch these parcels.
