Blitz Advertising becomes Fauji Foods’ media agency

Fauji Foods Limited (FFL) recently appointed Blitz Advertising, an affiliate of Spark Communications, as their media management agency. An agreement between the two was signed in Lahore in February. According to Ali Asad, Media Manager, FFL, the company ran an extensive pitch process to select a new media agency/business partner, and after a series of rigorous rounds, Blitz Advertising was selected. Asad says the overall media market environment and consumer behaviour has evolved, with social and digital media playing an important role and this has led to changing expectations by media agencies: “We believe that Blitz has the strategic capabilities, insight and mindset along with excellence in communication planning and integration of digital in all touch points including TV.” Shaukat Mahmud, COO, Spark says that the agency finds working with new clients and categories very exciting.
