BizExcel, an Islamabad-based digital agency, recently acquired the ‘Google Premium Partner’ badge, a prestigious recognition given by Google to selected digital agencies that perform well in the digital advertising area. Google’s criteria is that the agency should have at least two affiliated employees certified in Google AdWords, and have an ad spend of over $70,000 in 90 days, which means that the agency should have a multitude of clients with substantial digital advertising budgets. BizExcel spends approximately $340,000 in 90 days, which AQ Azhar, CEO and Founder, BizExcel, said is “way higher by any standard.” Currently, only two other Pakistani agencies, Brainchild Communications and Outsourced Solutions, carry the badge of Premium Partner, while 16 other agencies are Google Partner certified (a lesser level of partnership).
Google Premium Partner agencies are provided priority support by Google and assigned dedicated account managers for assistance in any queries regarding Google AdWords, Google Display and Remarketing, Adrolls and e-commerce in general. Going forward, Azhar adds that as the majority of BizExcel’s clients are US-based, the company hopes to penetrate various paid advertising verticals and gain a greater share in the US market.
